Lovell’s Lodge will provide values-led supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25, beginning with 18–25 while we progress through Ofsted registration.
Our tiered support model (Tiers 1–3) will ensure that every young person receives the right level of care, community, and opportunity to thrive.
Our Approach
All staff will be fully trained in Team Teach, embedding positive behaviour support, de-escalation strategies, and safe interventions. This will ensure a supportive and safe environment where young people can flourish.
Our L.O.V.E.L.L. Values
• Leadership – We will empower young people to lead their own lives and futures
• Opportunity – We will create chances to grow, learn, and achieve
• Voice – Every young person will be heard and valued
• Empowerment – We will build skills, confidence, and independence
• Legacy – We will establish strong foundations for lifelong wellbeing
• Love – Relationships will be built on care, respect, and belonging
